For the preservation of my health

After getting married, I'm gaining weight these days.
To keep fit, I want to lose weight to 72.5kg and reduce body fat below 20% within this year.
There are three things I decided to achieve it.

First, do not eat too much.
  • I don’t eat oily hot snacks at a convenience store.
  • Going ramen shop is limited to once a month.
Second, do moderate exercise.
  • I go jogging 2 or more times a week.
  • Do the workout menu or self-training of aikido twice a week.
Third, get enough and good sleep.
  • I sleep before 24 o’clock.
  • Use StretchPole®︎ before going to bed.
I think that result does not come immediately, but I'll keep on trying.
