For the preservation of my health
After getting married, I'm gaining weight these days.
To keep fit, I want to lose weight to 72.5kg and reduce body fat below 20% within this year.
There are three things I decided to achieve it.

- I don’t eat oily hot snacks at a convenience store.
- Going ramen shop is limited to once a month.
- I go jogging 2 or more times a week.
- Do the workout menu or self-training of aikido twice a week.
- I sleep before 24 o’clock.
