Reflection of 2020

Today is the last day of 2020, so I have looked back on the year. There are five points I want to write. We talked about infertility treatment and started it with my wife. Although there was a sad event, I am happy to able to understand her feelings, sense of values and body. It means we could know each other little by little. I went for a complete physical in September, and had a colonoscopy at the end of October. The results of the test was not extremely negative. But there were descriptions of "low grade adenoma, Group 3" and "tubular adenoma with mild atypia" on the medical certificate. I knew that I have to take care of my health. Despite the interruption by coronavirus's shock, I could continue to practice aikido on average once a week. It seems to have a positive effect on my mind and body.
