Review of my long walk

I went on a trip for a week in summer vacation. Although my original plan was to travel the Fifty-three Stages on the Tokaido, actually I had stopped walking halfway for some reason. I have no regrets about what I did. When I look back, I walked 237 kilometers in a week. I’ll walk fifty-three stations on the Tokaido from now. This is today’s starting point. #東海道53次 #tokaido #walking #day1 pic.twitter.com/y5irX2NMcF — Yuki Mizutani (@yuki_mizutani) July 29, 2020 I give a report on today's results. #東海道53次 #tokaido #walking #day1 pic.twitter.com/mnaTBzgWtb — Yuki Mizutani (@yuki_mizutani) July 30, 2020 today's results #東海道53次 #tokaido #walking #day2 pic.twitter.com/xCD6xgjJI0 — Yuki Mizutani (@yuki_mizutani) July 31, 2020 today's results #東海道53次 #tokaido #walking #day3 pic.twitter.com/cvWLN0ccYR — Yuki Mizutani (@yuki_mizutani) August 1, 2020 today's results #東海道53次 #tokaido #walking #day4 pic.twitter.com/GKEDHWZnzT — Yuki Mizutani (@yuki_mizu...

To be honest, the real reason is due to lack of physical strength and lack of foresight. #東海道53次 #tokaido #walking #day5 — Yuki Mizutani (@yuki_mizutani) August 3, 2020

Plans for summer vacation

I am going to walk Tokaido on summer vacation. It’s a journey around 500 km, and the trip will take at least 13 days. I'll do it because I want it. The matter is perfectly simple. If anything, there are five reasons to walk a long distance. Firstly, to train the mind and body in a simple way. Secondly, to make my body fat percentage below 20%. Thirdly, to feel the size of Japan on my feet. Fourthly, to know the history of the early modern times and geography. Lastly, to change my consciousness through a new experience.
