What I think at night of early summer

I just realized that I'll be turning 35 in the month. I feel a little impatient about myself. To change me, the only thing that I could do is investing time in the right direction makes me grow. It may be 30 minutes to 1 hour per day on weekdays. Although my abilities are limited, there are many things I have to do. That contains staying fit, planning my vision, practicing English, the input of academic knowledge, and the output of my thought. I can’t waste time anymore.

On-going status of weight loss

‪Although I jog weekdays, I am gaining more weight.‬ ‪I ate a piece of French toast, Pho, and food of rice with hashed beef yesterday.‬ ‪I think I had too many carbohydrates.‬ ‪I want to improve little by little.‬
