Make a habit

To improve my physical function, I want to make a habit of work out. I try training a little everyday. My menu is as follows.

Spring is here

These past few days, because of low air pressure, I felt dull. On the way back home, the coming of spring made me little happy.

Partner

Almost one week before, I heard that she was suspected to have a critical illness. I don't know the details pending the result of a reexamination. To be honest, I feel nervous so much. What relation I want to meke with her. Maybe, I wish my partner to be with me even if I’m sick in future.

My health

Recently, I am interested in my health. Potbelly and decreased strength, erection failure symptoms tell me what I'm not young. To improve my eating habits, I eat brown rice as much as possible. It seems like nutritious food is more better than oily junk food.   In addition, I feel that continuing practice Aikido make my mind and body something good.

Improvement

I started the Aikido 4 years ago. After a today’s training, I was awarded 1st Kyu in Aikido. I’m glad to improve myself.
