Make a habit

To improve my physical function, I want to make a habit of work out.
I try training a little everyday.
My menu is as follows.
Morning
  1. Seated forward bend *10 rep
  2. Wide angle seated forward bend *10 rep
  3. Squat *10 rep
  4. Sit-up *10 rep
  5. Push-up *10 rep
  6. Plank *1 minute
  7. Hand grip  *10 rep *left & right
Night
  1. Seated forward bend *10 rep
  2. Wide angle seated forward bend *10 rep
  3. Practice swing *10 rep *left & right
  4. Plank *1 minute
  5. Hand grip  *10 rep *left & right
